The Greatest 'Scapes is a design-centric company. While performing select local installations and continuing maintenance, our focus is on developing outdoor spaces for firms and homeowners across the country via our remote design services. We currently provide ongoing design services for firms in Ohio, Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Vermont, as well as North and South Carolina.

Our company offers several design products depending on your project's complexity.

Digital photo renderings are the simplest and quickest product offering. Using your photos plants and hardscape elements are placed over your submitted pictures. This is  most effective for foundation and smaller island plantings. We can normally provide same day turn around.

Standard 2D labeled drawings with plant lists and material square footages/volumes are utilized for more complex projects.

3D site modeling and animated walkthroughs, day or night, will bring your projects to life, allowing you and your clients to experience the finished project before investing.

Fees are different for every client and project.

 Much depends on the amount of information provided to our designers. From rough hand sketches and photos, to site prints, the more you help us the easier it is for us to create your vision. For landscape firms we discount fees for volume. Once we've collected all your info and ideas a fee will be provided prior to any design the work being done. All fees include all revisions until you and your client are satisfied with the end product. 

Your company's logo and contact information will appear on your clients' designs. 

For homeowners, you own the design and can do with it as you see fit.  We maintain no claim, but we will keep the design on file for future additions or revisions.
